I have no idea why someone would do this to a Micra. Maybe snow tires? But it's going to be 65 degree here on Saturday...

They don’t look especially meaty to me (on the Mirca, not the Miata)? I’d assume it’s just snow tires on smaller than normal wheels. A bit early, but better to be early than late, and depending on where they drive they might actually need them.
